Carbon Footprint Calculators
There are many carbon footprint calculators available freely online. A Google search will give you a huge list from which to choose. Using a carbon footprint calculator will provide you with the amount of carbon you have used over a calculated period.
BCN business advice: When I did my calculations for Pearson Treehouse, I made sure that I had all the details I'd need to start. I took my last financial year as my period to use because much of what I needed was available to me. I could get my mileage, my flights, my energy costs, my capital purchases. I was also able to directly refer to my energy bills to see the actual energy I used in the period that I was calculating. If you get all this info to hand, you'll find the job of calculating your footprint much easier.

There are a wealth of Climate Offset projects available to donate to. By donating you can offset the carbon that you have accrued over a year. Again, a Google search will show you many options. Here are a few of the ones that we have found.
